Our Story
After working for some time with a local company and seeing firsthand how customers were treated as numbers rather than neighbors, I knew there had to be a better way.
In 2005, I started Digital Alarm Systems with one truck, one toolbox, and a commitment to doing things differently. No high-pressure sales tactics. No bait-and-switch pricing. Just honest security advice and quality installation from people who actually care.
Today, we've grown to serve thousands of homes and businesses across Conway, Russellville, and Central Arkansas. But our approach hasn't changed. Every customer still gets my personal cell phone number. Every installation is still done by our own trained technicians — not subcontractors.
